Position
Senior Web Developer & Automation Expert- Web design (landing pages, full sites, funnels).
- WordPress development & custom plugin development.
- Performance & speed optimization (Core Web Vitals focus).
- Email automation & sequences, CRM integrations.
- AI agents and automation workflows (chatbots, n8n, APIs, etc.).
Salary range
₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000/month (depending on skills, portfolio and results).
This is for serious professionals who can take responsibility, talk directly with clients when needed, and deliver real business results.Minimum requirements
- Minimum 9 years of real-world experience in web development / WordPress / automation.
- Proven work with live websites, plugins or SaaS projects.
- Strong understanding of UX, psychology-based landing pages and funnels.
- Good communication in simple, clear English (no heavy jargon).
- Ability to work independently and meet realistic deadlines.
